The farms served by the Sabangan Bato Irrigation System are located in the adjoining Barrios of Panangpan, Sabangan Bato, and Bidbiday of the town of Galimuyod in the Ilocos Sur Province in the Philippines. The resource appropriated is water for irrigation in canals that divert water from the Candon River to the adjacent farmlands, and open wells located over the fields. At the beginning of the period, there was a moderate shortage of biological and physical resources withdrawn compared to the number of units available.
